New legislation applicable to holiday rentals
With the coming into force of Spanish Decree 28/2016 dated February 2, concerning Tourist Dwellings in Andalucía, as of May 12 next, dwellings located on ground for residential use, where a service of accommodation will be offered in exchange for money within the scope of the Autonomous Community of Andalucía, on a regular basis and for tourist purposes, must be registered at the Andalucía Tourism Register
